Delete or rename PSArt.dat in the root folder — some portables revert language based on this file.

If your portable version is fairly complete, you can change the language directly inside the program. This is the easiest method, though it requires a bit of guessing if you can't read the current language.

Look for:

<Data key="installedLanguages">ru_RU</Data>

or de_DE, fr_FR, etc.

Change to:

<Data key="installedLanguages">en_US</Data>

Also look for:

<Locale>ru_RU</Locale>
