Port Selection Advice:

Cause: The PBY37 has over-discharge protection. If the battery drains to 0%, it enters a “sleep” state. Fix: This is the most critical tip in the Aukey PBY37 manual. Leave the power bank plugged into a wall charger for at least 30 minutes (even if no LEDs turn on). It can take up to 20 minutes for the charging circuit to “wake up” from deep sleep.
