Before opening any .exe, upload it to VirusTotal.com. A verified version should have 0/60 engines detecting it as malware. If you see 1 or 2 detections, it is likely a false positive; if you see 10+, it is dangerous.
The official version 45.1 installer is approximately 15–18 MB. If you see a 500KB file or a 20MB file filled with extra "crack" tools, delete it immediately.
After restart, you will see the Avro icon in your system tray (near the clock).
Pro Tip for 45.1: To access the fixed layout settings, right-click the Avro icon → Avro Keyboard → Bangla Writing Fixes → Ensure "Use Classic Mode" is enabled for maximum stability.
