We have produced a stable, visually coherent HD texture pack for Banjo-Kazooie that respects the original 1998 art direction while providing clarity for modern 4K displays. The hybrid AI/manual workflow is replicable for other Rare titles (Banjo-Tooie, Donkey Kong 64). Future work includes generating LOD (level-of-detail) mipmaps to prevent shimmering on distant terrain and adapting the pack to the Xbox Live Arcade decompilation.
