Since the final vote is decided by evicted houseguests (the "Jury"), you cannot simply bully everyone. The mod tracks "Eviction Speeches." If your sim insults the evictee on their way out, that jury member will never vote for you. Always choose "Gracious Exit" in the speech menu.

Even in the Final Top version, there are minor quirks:
