  • Confirm: Click "Yes" or "Install." The screen will go black, then show a green Android robot with a progress bar (5–15 minutes).
  • Do not interrupt: If the car turns off or you remove the USB during writing, the unit is permanently damaged.
  • First boot: The unit may restart 2-3 times. Wait up to 10 minutes. Once the home screen loads, remove the USB.
  • Factory reset: Even after an update, go to Settings > Factory reset (password 1234) to clear old cache partitions. This prevents force closes.
