Digimon World Next Order -

You have two partners. Keeping them happy is key to getting strong evolutions.

The Four Needs:

  • Energy: Think of this as Stamina. Training consumes it; resting restores it.
  • Happiness: Ranges from -100 to +100. Feed them good food, praise them, and cure status ailments.
  • The Three Stat Types:

    The game takes place in the Digital World, which is facing a crisis: a "mechanical virus" is causing Digimon to become aggressive, and the population is declining. The protagonist (Takuto or Shiki, player-named) is pulled into the Digital World along with a female companion named Himari Ohtori.

    Main Objectives:

    The narrative is non-linear, with progression gated by the player’s Digimon strength and city development level.

    The biggest mechanical change in Next Order compared to the original Digimon World is that you raise two Digimon at once. Digimon World Next Order

    You have partner A and partner B. They have different age timers, different evolution requirements, and different bond levels. In battle, you manage both simultaneously using a "Tension" system.
