Using E6B crosswind grid:
Check within aircraft limits (max demonstrated crosswind typically 15 kt) → Acceptable.
This is the hardest skill. But E6B exercises make wind easier. e6b flight computer exercises better
The Exercise: Do not just solve for groundspeed. Solve for the wind correction angle (WCA). Then, reverse it. Given a desired track and wind, find the heading you need to fly. Do ten of these back-to-back.
