EASA is currently migrating to a more dynamic, web-based format called "EASA Light" and integrating with the EU’s "Access to Aviation Data" system. In the near future, the standalone EASA technical manual PDF free format may be replaced by an API-driven, live-updating HTML system. This is both good and bad—good because you will always have the latest revision, bad because you won’t have a single offline PDF.
