Assuming you have the original recovery CDs (MS01 Disk 1 through Disk 4), here is the general workflow:

Warning: If you lose the hardware dongle, the software is worthless. There is no "crack" that correctly replicates the color processing engine.

MS01 was excellent in its time – fast, reliable, and tailored for chest/bone X-ray. But today, it is a museum piece. If you encounter MS01 in a clinic, plan a migration immediately.
