Step 1: Identify Your Motherboard You need to know if your Xbox 360 is a Trinity, Corona, Winchester, etc. This dictates which glitch chip to buy.

Step 2: Soldering the RGH Chip This requires steady hands. You will solder wires from the chip to specific points on the motherboard (PLL, POST, RST). If you are inexperienced, it is highly recommended to buy a pre-modded RGH console from a reputable seller ($100–$150 USD).

Step 3: Flashing the NAND Using a NAND reader (like a JR Programmer or Raspberry Pi Pico), you dump the console's firmware, patch it with XeBuild to ignore signature checks, and flash it back.

Step 4: Building the HDD Format a 500GB or 1TB 2.5" hard drive to FAT32. Create folders: Games, Emulators, Homebrew. Install Aurora and XeMenu to the content partition.

Step 5: Loading Games Connect the HDD to your PC. Download a GOD or extracted game folder. Copy it to Hdd1\Content\0000000000000000\ (for GOD games) or Hdd1\Games\ (for folder games). Reattach the drive to the Xbox. Scan with Aurora. Play.
