Gim: Keyboard Software

Designers can flick a mouse up to “undo,” draw a zigzag to “split clip,” or trace an “S” to save—keeping their hands on the pointer device instead of reaching for the keyboard.

Open the Gim Keyboard settings (usually from your app drawer or via the keyboard’s settings icon).

Common options:

Launch GIM.exe. You will see a plain window with a list of connected devices on the left and a configuration panel on the right. gim keyboard software

Because GIM is open-source and community-driven, you may encounter bugs. Here are the fixes for the top three issues. Designers can flick a mouse up to “undo,”
