No homebrew is without bugs. Here are the common problems with the GTA Vice City VPK and how to solve them.
Issue 1: Missing audio files.

The Vita has a slight bug with textures flickering in Vice City. To fix this, navigate to ux0:data/ and create a blank text file named gtasa.psv. (Yes, San Andreas). The Vice City engine reads this file to enable better compatibility mode.
Black screen on launch

No sound / music
→ Your audio folder lacks sfx.raw and streams files. Re-copy from PC version (no MP3 – use original uncompressed).
Crashes entering Print Works or Malibu Club

Stick drift / camera spins
→ Set deadzone = 8000 in revc.ini under [Controls].
