You cannot simply copy the ISO file onto a CD or USB and expect it to work. It must be "burned" or "written" as a bootable image.
You have three options:
Option A: Burn to CD/DVD (Useless for modern PCs but works on old ones)
Option B: Create a Bootable USB (Recommended)
Note: If your target machine is a 64-bit-only UEFI system (no CSM), this ISO will not boot. You need a 64-bit PE instead.
