Three good reasons to stick with 10.2:
When NOT to use it: Do not use 10.2 on a UEFI laptop, an NVMe SSD, or a Windows 11 machine. Use Hiren’s BootCD PE (v1.0+) instead. You can legally download Hiren’s Boot CD 10
Solution: Your USB was not written in MBR format. Recreate the USB using Rufus in DD Image mode (it will prompt you automatically when writing the ISO).
