Go to support.igateglobal.com (or your regional iGATE distributor’s site). You will need a registered account and the device’s serial number (S/N) found on the bottom label.

Cause: The modem firmware (separate from system firmware) needs updating or the APN settings were erased.
Fix: Re-enter APN credentials. If issue persists, request the modem firmware pack (.mbn or .ndf file) from iGATE support and flash via System > Modem Firmware.
