Before troubleshooting, let’s confirm the factory settings. When the Kyocera M3550idn leaves the factory, it ships with the following default login credentials:

In later production runs of the M3550idn, Kyocera attached a small white sticker with a barcode inside the front cover or on the back near the network port. This sticker says “Default Password” followed by a 6- to 12-character alphanumeric string (e.g., KJM3P9L2).
How to find it:
Use that unique password with the username Admin. This is the most reliable “default password work” solution for newer units.
