Finding production details is maddening. IMDb lists Moreau’s previous short Les Rivières Silencieuses (2019) but has almost nothing on La Belle Bleue except a release date of “2023 (France, limited)”. The YK-CM in the filename appears to be a private encoding group — more ghost than scene tag.
What we do know: the film was funded partly by Centre National du Cinéma and partly by a Flemish art collective named Blauw Huis. It premiered at a single screening in Charleville-Mézières before briefly surfacing on a now-defunct Belgian streaming platform called Videoclub.
Then it disappeared.
