The adapter may be stuck in a soft-block. Go to Network & Internet settings → Change adapter options. Right-click the wireless adapter → Diagnose. Windows will reset the adapter.

Run the installer as administrator.

Restart the computer if prompted.

Plug in the BL-WN151 USB adapter.

Wait for automatic network detection.
