One of the strengths of Living Together is that romance is not the only goal. You can play through the entire game focusing purely on platonic friendship or rivalry.
Version 0.37 adds a "Memory Log" feature. Now, when you replay the game, the characters subtly remember major choices from your previous playthroughs (if you import saves). This creates a quasi-New Game+ experience where a shy character might be more forward on a second run, or a bitter ex-roommate holds a grudge right from the start.
Advent Games has released a roadmap for late 2025. Following v0.37, the developers plan to introduce a "Pet Adoption" DLC (free for existing owners) and a "Holiday Special" expansion. The community is currently voting on whether the next major update (v0.40) should focus on a wedding subplot or a cross-country road trip arc.
