The Premise: The story takes place in Majisuka Prison, a juvenile detention center for female delinquents. The prison is divided into two warring factions, and the only way to survive is through strength and intimidation.

The Protagonist: The season marks the debut of Sakura, played by Miyawaki Sakura (HKT48/IZ*ONE). Unlike previous protagonists who were transfer students determined to fight their way to the top, Sakura’s character is introduced as a "pushover" (Deredere) who claims she has no fighting ability.
