  • Overwrite the CookedPC Folder: Inside the patch zip, you will find a folder named CookedPC. Drag this folder into your game’s root directory and select "Yes" to overwrite all files. This replaces the LOC_*.int (international) and audio banks.
  • Run the Registry Fix (Important): The patch includes a Fix_Language_Registry.reg file. Double-click this and allow it to merge into your Windows Registry. This tells the game to force English (int) over any other locale.
  • Delete the Old Configuration: Go to Documents\My Games\Medal of Honor Airborne\MoHAConfig\ and delete MoHAEngine.ini. The game will rebuild a fresh English-friendly config on launch.
  • Launch the Game: Do not launch via Steam shortcut immediately. Launch via Binaries\MOHAGame.exe as Administrator for the first run.
