Metal Gear Solid — V The Phantom Pain Fix For Windows 11

Unlike other older games, do not use DXVK (Vulkan wrapper) for MGSV. It causes memory leaks on Win11 24H2. Stick to native DX11.

  • Disable V-Sync in-game, enable in GPU driver instead
  • Set audio quality to 24-bit / 48kHz (Windows Sound Settings → Properties → Advanced)
