Microsoft Windows 10 Home Pro X64 Clean Iso File
The search term includes both "Home" and "Pro" because the official ISO from Microsoft is a dual-edition image. When you boot from a clean ISO, the installer will ask you which version you want to install. Understanding the difference is critical.
| Feature | Home | Pro | |---------|------|-----| | BitLocker device encryption | Limited version (requires Microsoft account and device encryption support) | Full BitLocker Drive Encryption | | Remote Desktop (host) | No (client only) | Yes | | Hyper-V | No | Yes | | Group Policy Editor | No | Yes | | Assigned Access (kiosk mode) | No | Yes | | Windows Sandbox | No | Yes | | Windows Update for Business | No | Yes | | Maximum RAM (x64) | 128 GB | 2 TB |
For most home users, Home is sufficient. For developers, IT pros, and power users, Pro is worth the extra cost.
Most consumer PCs come with Windows pre-installed by an OEM (Dell, HP, Lenovo, etc.). That image is not clean. It includes: microsoft windows 10 home pro x64 clean iso

The "x64" in the keyword specifies the processor architecture. You will rarely see x86 (32-bit) recommended for modern hardware.
| Feature | x64 (64-bit) | x86 (32-bit) | | :--- | :--- | :--- | | RAM limit | Up to 2 TB (theoretically) | 4 GB (practically 3.2 GB usable) | | Performance | Faster, handles larger calculations | Slower, legacy only | | Software compatibility | Runs both 64-bit and 32-bit apps | Runs only 32-bit apps | | Drivers | Modern hardware requires 64-bit drivers | Older peripherals only |
Unless your computer is over 12 years old with less than 4 GB of RAM, you should always download the x64 Clean ISO. Modern CPUs (Intel Core 2 Duo and newer, all AMD Ryzen/APU) support x64 natively.
An ISO file alone cannot install Windows. You need to put it on a USB drive or burn it to a DVD.
