Version 16 of CPS 2.0 is obsolete. Reasons someone might seek it:
Better approach: Use the latest CPS 2.0 — it supports radios back to the DP3000/DP4000 series (except very early pre-CPS2.0 hardware). If you must have an older build, ask Motorola support directly (they may provide legacy versions for valid entitlement holders).
