A: Ver 1.0 analog inputs have a built-in 250Ω resistor only for channels 0–7. For channels 8–15, you must add an external 250Ω resistor across the input terminals.
Q: My MS 7826 Ver 1.0 powers off randomly.
A: Check the internal voltage regulator heatsink. Ver 1.0 units have a known thermal issue – add a 5V fan blowing over the top vents. System won't boot (Black Screen):
Q: Can't connect via serial – no boot message.
A: Try a null modem adapter. The Ver 1.0 manual specifies a cross-wired cable (pins 2-3 swapped).
Q: The STATUS LED blinks red 3 times, then pause.
A: This indicates a firmware corruption. Only fix is to reflash using the Ver 1.0 recovery jumper (JP4 near the battery). No Internet Connection:
