The Plak Mod is a total conversion graphic enhancement package. Unlike standard mods that simply apply a generic "ENB Series" wrapper, the Plak Mod dives deep into the game’s core files. It redefines the atmosphere by completely replacing the original texture library, tweaking vehicle reflections, and overhauling the weather and lighting systems.

The goal of the mod is simple: Immersion. It aims to make the player feel the damp asphalt of the industrial districts, the blinding glare of city streetlights, and the atmospheric haze of the coastlines.
