You cannot flash an E71 using a standard USB cable with Windows 10/11 without legacy drivers. You will need:

Solution: Your flash file pack is incomplete. Download a full repack from a trusted source (look for rm346__500.21.009.sig included).

  • Copy all files to:
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Nokia\Phoenix\Products\RM-346\
    (Create the RM-346 folder if missing)
