Onyx hosts files on Amazon S3. If slow, try downloading between 2 AM – 6 AM local time, or request a physical USB drive from your reseller (nominal fee).
Set a strong password (minimum 12 characters, mixed case, symbols). Enable hardware 2FA if you have a YubiKey.
