As of 2026, there is no official English localization of any Oregairu visual novel. No Western publisher (such as PQube, Spike Chunsoft, or XSEED) has licensed these titles.
Why? Likely due to niche appeal and high licensing costs. While Oregairu is massive in Japan, Western publishers worry that heavy Japanese cultural dialogue (superficial relationships, service clubs, hyper-specific social cues) is too difficult to localize profitably.
However, the lack of an official release does not mean there is no way to play. The dedicated fan community has stepped up.

However, Spike Chunsoft (who localized Danganronpa and Steins;Gate) owns the rights. If you want an official release, you need to vote in their localisation surveys and buy other anime VNs to show demand.
This game follows Season 1 of the anime. It uses a "Flowchart" system where choices lead to specific character routes.

Search for “Oregairu Zoku VN English patch” – a group called “The Service Club Translation” released a partial patch (~70-80% translated, all routes playable with menus in English). It works on PS Vita emulator (Vita3K) or modded Vita.
