The search/match works fine if you manually enter d-spacings. However, direct file import (e.g., .RAW, .UDF, .RD) is not supported for modern formats. You must convert your XRD data to ASCII (two-column: 2Theta/Intensity) and use the "Import Pattern" feature. pcpdfwin jcpds software 13 install
