The "Wall Pin" for Back Knots: Place the massager between your back and a wall. Lean back hard. Move your body slowly up and down. The combination of body weight and rotating nodes breaks up deep scar tissue.
The "Neck Stretch" for Tension Headaches: Drape the unit over your neck. Turn the direction to Reverse. Lean your head slightly to the left for 30 seconds, then to the right for 30 seconds. This stretches the sternocleidomastoid muscles.
