If you have the original email from "Business Objects Store" (pre-SAP), search your inbox for "Order Confirmation" or "License Certificate".

Because Crystal Reports XI R2 reached its "End of Life" (EOL) many years ago:

If the software is currently installed on the machine, the key is stored in the Windows Registry.

  • Look for a value named SerialNumber or ProductKey.
