Cause: The administrator removed your specific physical key from the allowed list.
Solution: Contact the "Top" user to re-add your Key ID via Security > Key Management > Add Existing Key.
Using the PS300B Configuration Studio (v4.2+):
File > Export > Security Artifacts > Key IDs & Passwords (Encrypted)
