Note: Vibration will not work here. That requires a wrapper.
Since Quantum never released a signed driver for Windows 11, the community standard is x360ce (Xbox 360 Controller Emulator). This software translates DirectInput signals (your Quantum pad) into XInput (what modern games understand).
