The A9 Pro was released with Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) and, in many regions, ended its official life on Android 7.0 (Nougat). Using this phone on stock firmware in 2023 or 2024 is a jarring experience: apps crash, the interface is laggy, and the camera software is archaic.
