Post:
Hey everyone,
I’m trying to run a very old, offline copy of GTA 5 (version 1.0.350.1). This is from around mid-2015, before many of the big DLC updates.
The latest versions of Script Hook V (from dev-c.com) only work with the current retail/Steam version. Does anyone still have an archive of the older Script Hook V that supports v1.0.350.1?
What I’ve tried:
If anyone has a copy of Script Hook V from back then (probably v1.0.350.1a or similar), could you please share it? I only need the base .dll and the NativeTrainer.asi that came with that era.
Thanks in advance.
⚠️ Important note for others reading this:
Version 1.0.350.1 is extremely outdated (pre-Ill-Gotten-Gains, pre-Freemode events). You cannot use this with the current GTA 5 on Steam/Epic/Rockstar Launcher. If you have a legit, updated copy, do not downgrade – use the latest Script Hook V from dev-c.com.
Note: This post is written from a technical support and archival perspective, as this version is very old.
When Rockstar released patch 1.0.350.1 on May 6, 2015, it was intended to fix crash issues and improve stability. For modders, however, it broke almost everything.
Cause: A conflicting .asi mod designed for a newer game version.
Fix: Temporarily move all .asi files (except ScriptHookV.dll and dinput8.dll) to a backup folder. Add them back one by one.
