Not all versions support the MT6765. For stability with the Helio P65, use SP Flash Tool v5.2116 or newer (v5.2204 is recommended). Avoid very old versions (v3.x) as they lack support for modern DA files and security features like SLA/DAA.

Note: This is a prescriptive, general procedure — vendors may vary. Assume you have the correct scatter file and firmware. Not all versions support the MT6765

Optional: Uncheck "preloader" unless you must reflash it. Flashing preloader across different models often causes hard brick.

Click "Download" (green button).

Power off the phone and remove battery if removable. If non‑removable, keep it powered off.

Connect phone to PC via USB while holding a key combination if required by the device (often none; SP Flash Tool waits for device VCOM connection).

SP Flash Tool should detect the device and begin transfer; a progress bar and a green check appear on success.

After completion, disconnect and power on the device. First boot can take several minutes.

If you own any of these, mastering the SP Flash Tool is almost mandatory: Optional: Uncheck "preloader" unless you must reflash it

Select Firmware Upgrade from the dropdown menu.
