Technical interpretation: In Tekla’s internal error mapping, "Help 33" refers to a registry permission conflict combined with a missing or corrupt Environment XML manifest. Specifically, SR1’s installer cannot overwrite or access the %ProgramData%\Tekla Structures\<version>\Environments\ directory.
