  • The "Ice Water" Calibration Test: Place the thermocouple in ice water (0°C/32°F). The TT91 should read between -2°C and +2°C. If it reads 20°C, the input amplifier is fried (common in "hot" units).
  • Power Supply: Typically 400V 3N~ (3-phase + neutral) for the power unit; Control panel is low voltage (typically 12V or 24V AC/DC) for user safety.
  • Max Load: Usually rated for heaters up to 9kW, 10.5kW, or 15kW depending on the relay configuration.
