Cause: Your console is running a very new dashboard (17511+), and the game needs a title update.
Fix: Fetch the TU (Title Update) #3 for Tomb Raider Anniversary (TU3). Place the TU_1A582FK_0000004000000.000000000000O file in Hdd1\Cache\ or use Aurora’s Unified TU Downloader.

Method B: FTP Transfer (Faster for large libraries)
