Why?
Most retail licenses allow 1 or 2 simultaneous installations. If you’ve reinstalled Windows multiple times or installed on several PCs, the key is locked.
Solution:
Deactivate one of the old installations (if possible) by going to Help > Deactivate License inside Tvalue 5.
