v50746en could be a mis-typed Tenda upgrade script for a custom OpenWrt build. Some community builds use v5.0746 as an internal revision. If so, the install would be:

sysupgrade -n /tmp/v50746en.bin

But never cross-flash vendor firmware onto OpenWrt without hardware compatibility confirmation.
