These ISOs are created by anonymous users. They are not signed by Microsoft. It is common for "Super Nano" builds to contain:

If you absolutely need Win32 applications and must have Windows, consider Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC (stripped by Microsoft officially) or simply use Windows 7 SP1 Professional with all updates manually rolled up to 2024 via the Simplix UpdatePack.

After installation, you have a bare-metal fast OS. But it’s too bare.
