Xcom 2 Lwotc Console Commands Better -
Supplies are tight in LWOTC. Sometimes you just want to experiment with new weapons or armor without selling all your loot.
Long War introduces a complex medical system with "gravely wounded" states that can keep a soldier in the infirmary for months. If you feel the injury timers are bugged or you want to test your medical facility throughput: xcom 2 lwotc console commands better
Note: this guide focuses on using console commands and developer tools with XCOM 2 when running the Long War of the Chosen (LWOTC) mod. It covers enabling the console, important commands, how LWOTC changes behavior, troubleshooting, useful workflows for campaign debugging and playtesting, safe practices, and recommended mod utilities to provide a richer, safer experience than raw console use alone. These commands are strictly utilitarian. They are designed to fix the headaches of Long War’s complex systems without giving you an unfair combat advantage.
LWOTC is balanced around a 200-hour campaign. Sometimes, you just need to skip the "recruit 10 rookies" grind to get to the fun part.
The biggest complaint about LWOTC is the "Infinite Scan." You are waiting for infiltration to hit 100%. You have 5 squads doing nothing.
